Stephenson Properties is in the real estate acquisition, re-hab, management and sales business.  We have a dual focus:

1. Ownership and management of: Apartment buildings throughout metro Kansas City, office buildings in Overland Park and single family homes.
   
2. The sale of real estate.

Stephenson Properties owns, manages and re-habs (where necessary) all owned properties; no third party property management.
